Shipping Policy
Moonphase Mods ships from Florida, USA. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping is broken into three main categories:
- United States
- International Tariffs & Duties
- International Free Trade Considerations
United States
Shipping is free within the United States.
If you are visiting the United States from another country, we can ship to a hotel, friend, family member, or another approved U.S. address by request. Please make sure the address is accurate and able to safely receive packages before placing your order.
If you require a specific carrier, such as USPS or UPS, please contact us before ordering so arrangements can be made when possible.
International Tariffs & Duties
International customers are responsible for all VAT, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, tariffs, and any other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not collected by Moonphase Mods at checkout.
This commonly applies to shipments destined for:
- European Union (EU) countries
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Switzerland
- Norway
- Sweden
- Denmark
- Many other countries
Please research your country’s import rules and estimated costs before placing an order. We are not responsible for these charges and will not issue refunds solely because customs, VAT, duties, tariffs, or import fees were higher than expected.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
International Free Trade Considerations
Some countries may benefit from free trade agreements or reduced import duties depending on the product, country of origin, and current trade regulations. Examples may include:
- Australia
- Singapore
- South Korea
Trade agreements and customs regulations change periodically. Customers are responsible for confirming whether any free trade agreement, reduced duty, or import exemption applies to their order before purchasing. Moonphase Mods cannot guarantee how any shipment will be assessed by your country’s customs authority.
Insurance & Signature
Shipping insurance is not included unless purchased at checkout.
Signature confirmation is not required by default. If you would like signature confirmation added to your shipment, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order so arrangements can be made.
Moonphase Mods is not responsible for uninsured packages once they are accepted by the shipping carrier.
Processing Times
Pre-built watches typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order watches typically ship within 2–5 business days, depending on the day the order is placed and the options selected.
If an order falls outside of this timeline due to parts being in transit or another delay, we will contact you with an update.
