Refund & Returns

Every Moonphase Mods watch is custom assembled to order using genuine donor components and aftermarket parts selected by the customer. Due to the custom nature of each build, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If you experience a mechanical issue with your watch within 30 days of delivery, we are committed to helping resolve it. Many issues can be diagnosed and corrected through troubleshooting, as they may result from shipping, an accidental impact, or normal wear rather than the modification process itself.

If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue and we determine an exchange is necessary, we will repair or exchange the affected components in accordance with the policy below.

Water damage is not covered under this policy. While many of our cases are designed with water-resistant features, quality control and manufacturing tolerances may vary between case and component suppliers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee water resistance on any custom build. We recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure and do not recommend wearing your watch while swimming in pools or the ocean. We also strongly recommend never wearing any watch in a shower, hot tub, or sauna, as heat and steam can compromise seals and cause condensation or moisture to develop inside the watch.

Exchanges

Exchanges are provided only for verified mechanical issues reported within 30 days of delivery that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting.

Replacement movements or components will be exchanged only for the same movement, dial, and configuration originally purchased. Exchanges are not available to upgrade or change to a different movement, dial, case, hands, or any other configuration after purchase.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, please contact us before shipping your watch. Return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided by email.

Please do not send returns to any address unless instructed to do so, as our return address may change.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the watch to prevent damage during transit. Additional shipping instructions will be provided if an exchange is approved.
